仿真技术在换流阀阀厅管路系统水力平衡中的应用
Application of Simulation Technology in the Hydraulic Balance of the Pipe System of the Converter Valve Hall

摘要(Abstract):

柔性直流输电工程的换流阀阀塔的水冷系统空间分布复杂、组成部件多,只采用实验方法研究是不可行的,还需通过模拟和仿真进行研究。通过建立换流阀阀厅管路系统中主要元件的数学模型,应用基于流体网络基本原理编制的一维流体系统仿真软件Flowmaster,对某换流站换流阀阀厅管路系统进行了仿真。结果表明,通过仿真可以得到系统运行的各种参数,进而判断管路系统设计方案的可行性及合理性,提出适合工程实际应用的解决方案。
The water cooling system of the converter valve tower in flexible DC transmission project is characterized by its complex distribution and numerous parts. Therefore, it is required to adopt simulation for study in addition to experiment method. Mathematical model for key parts in pipe system of the converter valve hall is established, and Flowmaster, the one-dimensional fluid system simulation software made of the basic principle of fluid network, is used for simulation on pipe system of the converter valve hall. The result shows that operating parameters of the system can be concluded from the simulation to determine feasibility and rationality of the pipe system design plan and propose solutions applicable to engineering practice.
