摘要(Abstract)：

针对电压合格率管理的现状,介绍了基于GPRS技术的电压合格率管理系统在温州电力局的建设和应用情况,并对该系统的发展前景进行了展望。
In view of the present situation of voltage-eligibility-rate management,this paper introduces the construction and application of the Voltage Eligibility Rate System based on GPRS in Wenzhou Electric Power Bureau and looks into the future of the system.
