交流500kV交联聚乙烯海缆制造工艺控制要点

摘要(Abstract):

为更好地指导交流500 kV XLPE海缆的制造,保障产品质量稳定性,结合世界上首个500 kV XLPE海缆工程,对交流500 kV XLPE海缆本体制造工艺控制要点进行了总结分析。结果表明:导体绞合、绝缘生产、大直径铅套连续挤出等是海缆本体制造的关键工艺;对于导体绞合,需从生产设备选择、导体表面状态控制、单丝直径及节径比控制等方面保证导体性能;对于绝缘生产,需从绝缘料的选用、偏心在线监测、绝缘除气等方面确保绝缘挤制过程中不出现影响绝缘强度的缺陷;对于大直径铅套连续挤出,可通过合理控制机头温度、实时监测铅套厚度等方面确保铅套的挤制质量。
In order to guide the manufacture of the 500 k V cross-linked polyethylene(XLPE) insulation submarine cable and ensure the quality stability of the production, the process control during the production is summarized based on the first 500 k V XLPE submarine AC cable project in the world. It is indicated that conductor stranding, insulation production and extrusion of large-diameter lead sheath are critical to the cable property. The selection of production equipment, the conductor surface state control, the control of filament diameter and lay ratio is the key to ensure the conductor performance. The cable insulation works under large electric strength, method such as the selection of insulation material, the on-line monitoring of eccentric and insulation outgassing are necessary to eliminate the defects in insulation. To prevent the defects in large-diameter lead sheath, the measurements such as control of extrusion temperature and on-line monitoring of thickness are essential.
