基于CO的燃煤锅炉燃烧优化Coal Fired Boilers Combustion Optimization Technology Based on Carbon Monoxide

摘要(Abstract):
介绍了燃煤锅炉利用烟气中的一氧化碳成分含量进行燃烧优化的技术。在锅炉的燃烧器区域、炉膛出口、省煤器出口等不同区域,进行一氧化碳的测试和调整,进行燃烧调整和优化,可以使锅炉的燃烧达到精致和谐的状态。介绍了利用该技术进行的燃烧调整的实例和研究,解决了一些如火焰中心偏斜和高过、高再管壁温度超温的问题,保证了锅炉燃烧的可靠性和提高了经济性。
This article introduces the combustion optimization technology of using carbon monoxide content in the coal fired boiler flue gas.Through adjusting the carbon monoxide in the boiler burner zone,furnace exit and economizer outlet,it could optimize the combustion to the harmonious state.Some examples with the technology were also given.The problems were solved or alleviated about the correction of furnace flame center deviation and the overtemperature of superheater and reheater tubes.The reliability and econoˉmy of the boilers were improved.
