摘要(Abstract):
通过制粉系统的一系列调整试验,主要是磨煤机一次风量、一次风压、风粉混合物温度调整等试验,解决了某600 MW超临界锅炉磨煤机一次风量测量不准、冷风门调节余量不足及底渣带煤等问题,并减少了锅炉运行的厂用电量,经济效益可观。
The problems of a 600 MW supercritical boiler such as inaccurate primary airflow measurement for coal mill,insufficient adjustment margin for cold air valve and coal in slag have been resolved after a range of adjustment tests for coal pulverizing system,which mainly involve adjustment of primary airflow,primary air pressure,air and pulverized coal mixture temperature etc.As a result,a great amount of auxiliary power consumption for boiler operation has been reduced and high economic benefit is achieved.
