摘要(Abstract):
某国产600 MW超临界机组汽轮机存在热耗偏高、低压第五级叶片易断裂、高中压内缸变形等问题,该汽轮机采用国外先进设计制造技术实施了通流改造,通过介绍改造的特点,从热耗、缸温、结构、末级叶片适应性等方面综合分析了改造效果,表明机组通过通流改造在经济性、可靠性获得了提高的同时,由于改造的局限性也存在部分不足,并提出了优化措施。
For higher heat consumption, the breakable low-pressure fifth-stage blade, high-and-medium pressure cylinder deformation of a China-made 600 MW supercritical steam turbine, throughflow retrofit is implemented based on imported design and manufacturing technology. By introducing retrofit characteristics, the paper analyzes the effect in respect to heat consumption, cylinder temperature, structure and adaptability of last blade stage. After the retrofit, economy and reliability of the steam turbine are improved; meanwhile, there are shortcomings due to the limitations of the retrofit. The paper also presents some optimization measures.
