变电站站址两阶段优化规划的实用改进方法Improved Two-phase Optimization Planning Approach to Substation Locating

摘要(Abstract):
针对变电站站址寻优这一专门问题,提出了变电站站址两阶段优化规划的改进方法,不仅实用而且求解算法简单。改进后的方法对新建变电站的上下级电网进行了整体优化,在发挥计算机功能的同时,还充分考虑了电力规划专家的经验和判断能力。实际应用表明,利用该改进方法求解出的变电站站址优化方案现实可行,可实现在现有电网基础上新建变电站后整体电网的经济属性和地理属性指标达到综合最优。
This paper proposes an improved two-phase optimization planning approach to substation locating. This improved approach is practical and its algorithms are simple. The mathematical optimization expression has covered both the upper and lower network's factors. It makes full use of computer function, while takes electrical experts' experience and judgment to consideration. Some engineering applications indicate that the improved approach in this paper can better meet the practical planning requirements, and achieve a better result with high comprehensive fitness degree both in economy and geography.
