浙江与韩国的电力发展对比研究Comparison and Research of the Electric Power Development in Korea and in China

摘要(Abstract)：
文章介绍了浙江省和韩国的社会经济和电力发展的概况 ,从韩国与浙江省在土地面积、平原比率、人口数量、气候条件、区域位置等自然环境条件方面极大的相似性 ,以及浙江的用电量仅相当于韩国20世纪80年代末水平等比较 ,预测浙江在“十五”、“十一五”完全有可能维持高速增长的趋势 ,进而对目前浙江电力发展提出了几点建议。
The outline of society economy and electricity development in Zhejiang province and Korea is inˉtroduced in this paper.Korea is similar to Zhejiang province in holding area,plain ratio,population,cliˉmate,location etc.Also,in2001power consumption in Zhejiang province corresponded with it in Korea in end of1980s.Taking into account all these factors,we may come to conclusion that it is probable to mainˉtain rapid growth in Zhejiang province in ten years.Furthermore,the problems in the development of Zheˉjiang electric power that have appeared now and the risk that will appear in future are pointed out.Meanˉwhile,some suggestions about risks are brought forward.
