新型绝缘子锁紧销拔销器的研制Development of New Pin Puller of the Insulator Connection Pin

摘要(Abstract)：
输电线路在长时间运行后绝缘子会出现自爆、零值、闪络等损伤情况,需要对绝缘子进行更换,绝缘子型号众多、结构不同,更换过程中部分绝缘子锁紧销不易拔出。为此,对输电线路更换绝缘子工作中存在的问题进行分析,研制出一种轻便、通用、操作简便、安全可靠的新型绝缘子锁紧销拔销器,取得了良好的应用效果。
After long operation of transmission lines, there may be explosion, zero value and flashover on insulator. Therefore, the insulators need to be replaced. The insulators are different in types and structures, so the connection pin can not be easily pulled. Hence, the paper analyzes problems in replacing insulators on transmission lines. A kind of portable, common, convenient in operation, safe and reliable pin puller of insulation connection pin is developed, the use of which has achieved favorable result.
