汽轮机真空系统的氦质谱仪检漏方法及泄漏案例分析

摘要(Abstract):

汽轮机真空系统的泄漏,会导致真空的下降,影响汽轮机组的经济和安全运行。介绍了氦质谱仪查漏方法,将之应用于发电厂汽轮机真空系统查漏工作,并简析真空系统查漏工作中易被忽视的泄漏点。对于某些特定机型汽轮机存在共性的泄漏点,结合案例深入分析与处理,消除影响机组真空的泄漏点。
The drop of the vacuum level of the turbine is caused by the leakage of the vacuum system of steam turbine which seriously affects economic and safe operation of unit. The vacuum system leakage detection method using helium mass spectrometer and its application in vacuum system leakage detection of steam turbine are introduced in the paper. The paper also analyzes leakage points that are often ignored. Combined leakage cases, the analysis and processing method are advanced to remove some common leakage points which affected the turbine vacuum for the typical steam turbines.
