摘要(Abstract):
根据国内脱硫废水零排放的发展现状,相对于传统的蒸汽蒸发技术,烟气利用技术由于利用烟气余热蒸发脱硫废水,节省能耗,系统工艺简单,节约占地,已越来越受到关注。分析研究大型燃煤电厂脱硫废水利用旁路烟道喷雾干燥、烟道直喷干燥、烟气余热蒸发3种技术,通过计算和分析每种技术的特点,对各自优缺点做出客观的分析,为后续脱硫废水零排放项目中烟气利用技术的实施提供参考。
Based on the development status quo of zero discharge of desulphurization wastewater in China,flue gas utilization technology, in contrast to traditional steam evaporation technology, wins wide attention due to energy consumption, simple traditional technique, less land occupation by using residual flue gas heat for wastewater evaporation. This paper analyzes three technologies of bypass flue spray drying, direct flue gas spray drying and waste heat evaporation in large-scale coal-fired power plants. By calculating and analyzing the characteristics of each technology, the paper makes an objective analysis of their respective advantages and disadvantages, which provides reference for the implementation of flue gas utilization technology in the subsequent desulfurization wastewater zero discharge project.
