分布式光伏集控中心的设计与实现

摘要(Abstract):

分布式电源作为新能源发电重要的利用形式,对缓解能源危机和减少碳排放起着至关重要的作用,但它也改变了配电网网络结构,改变了电压调节、潮流控制以及网络特性,致使因电能质量问题对用户用电设备带来了安全隐患。为此,开展分布式光伏接入配电网的可靠供电技术、安全检修技术研究,以新能源发电功率预测和负荷预测结果为基础,开展配电网调度运行经济性研究和分布式发电联络线功率管理,提出利用分布式可再生能源提高配电网电能质量、降低运行损耗及提高供电可靠性的控制策略,构建了分布式光伏集控中心,实现分布式电源的可靠接入和协调优化运行。
As an important form of new energy power generation, distributed generation plays a key role in relief energy crisis and carbon emission reduction; however, it also alters distribution network structure, voltage regulation, power flow control and network characteristics, bringing power quality problems and safety hazards to electric equipment. Therefore, the paper investigates technologies for power supply reliability and maintenance safety. On the basis of power forecast and load forecast of new energy power generation, the paper conducts economy discussion on power grid dispatch and operation and power management of tie line for distributed generation; besides, it presents a control strategy for power quality improvement of distribution networks, operation loss reduction and power supply reliability improvement with the help of distributed renewables. A centralized monitoring center for distributed photovoltaic system is built for reliable access of distributed generation and operation coordination and optimization.
