摘要(Abstract):
建设基于GIS的地县一体化电压监测平台,实现地、县局无功电压数据的统一集中采集、监测、统计与综合分析,可为电网运行方式调整、变电站无功补偿设备投切、无功电压逐级考核等提供科学依据。实际应用表明,该电压监测平台能有效提高综合电压合格率指标,提升整体供电质量。
Geographic information system(GIS)-based prefecture-level city and county integrated voltage monitoring platform is built to achieve the unified and centralized collection,monitoring,statistics and comprehensive analysis of reactive power and voltage data of prefecture-level city and county power supply bureaus,and provide the scientific basis for the adjustment of network operation mode,switch on/off of substation reactive power compensation equipments and stepwise assessment of reactive power and voltage.The application shows that the platform can improve the indexes of integrated voltage eligibility rate effectively and the overall quality of power supply.
