摘要(Abstract)：
对当前电力系统月度统计线损率波动情况进行了科学有效的分析诊断,根据历史电量数据,从统计口径和实际口径进行定量分析对比,查找月度线损波动的原因,并提出了改进建议,为线损的精益化管理提出新的思路和措施。
The paper scientifically analyzes and diagnoses monthly statistics fluctuations of line loss rate in power system.In combination with historic energy data and through quantitative analysis and comparison of statistics scale and actual scale,the reasons of monthly statistics fluctuations of line loss rates are investigated and feasible suggestions on existing problems are proposed;new ideas and measures for lean management of line loss are brought forward.
