特高压变电站高压电抗器地屏铜条断裂原因分析

摘要(Abstract):

某特高压变电站1台高压电抗器地屏中的铜条异常断裂,导致设备停运。运用SEM和EDS等技术对铜条断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明:铜条断口表面不存在撕裂棱、韧窝等塑性断裂的典型特征;断口附近组织的平均晶粒尺寸明显大于远离断口的区域;粘附在铜条表面的黑色固态粘性物质为绝缘纸的高温碳化物。基于上述3点,可以判定铜条并非是机械振动拉断,而是由于局部过热熔断的。
Copper bars of a high-voltage reactor ground screen located in an ultra-high voltage substation fractured, resulting in equipment shutdown. SEM(scanning electron microscopy), EDS(energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer) and other techniques are adopted to analyze the reasons of copper bars fracture. The results indicate that no tearing ridge and dimple can be found on the surface of the fracture. The average grain size of the regions near the fracture is much larger than that of the regions far away from the fracture. The black solid sticky substance on copper bar surface is carbide of electrical insulating paper. Based on the above three points, it can be inferred that the copper bars are fused due to local overheating instead of mechanical vibration.
