摘要(Abstract)：

山区小水电建设快速发展、小水电装机容量不断增加,对配电网的影响越来越大,尤其是配电网高电压问题较为突出。以淳安县配电网为例,对这一问题进行研究,寻求解决问题的方法。通过深入调研,分析了高电压形成原因,并以此提出解决方案。
With the rapid development and the constantly increasing installed capacity of small hydropower stations in mountainenous areas,the impact on the distribution networks becomes greater and greater,especially the high voltage problems in distribution networks.Based on the investigation and research on the distribution network in Chun'an county,this paper analyzes the causes of high voltage and proposes the solution.
