摘要(Abstract)：

针对一起由台风引起的软导线引下线风偏放电事故,进行了大风速条件下的风偏位移计算。结合计算结果,对事故原因进行分析,并从降低引下线弧垂、减小高差等方面着手,提出了现场改进措施。
Aiming at one windage yaw discharge accident of flexible conductor down lead caused by typhoon,the paper calculates windage yaw displacement in high wind speed condition. In combination with calculation results, this paper analyzes accident causes and presents the field improvement in terms of reducing down lead sag and height difference and so forth.
