超临界机组无除氧器回热系统的可行性探讨

摘要(Abstract):

超临界机组的锅炉给水已经普遍采用加氧处理技术,除氧器仅起到给水加热器的作用。利用表面式加热器代替除氧器,可以简化回热系统,提高机组经济性。无除氧器回热系统不仅能够节省设备和材料费用,优化主厂房布置,降低工程造价,还方便机组维护,可提高机组运行的安全可靠性。
Oxygenation treatment technology has been widely employed as boiler feedwater in supercritical units, in which the deaerator only plays a role of feedwater heater. It can simplify back-heating system and improve economical efficiency of units to replace deaerator with surface heater. The deaerator-free back-heating system can not only save costs for equipment and materials, optimize configuration of main powerhouse and construction cost but facilitate boiler maintenance and improve safety and reliability of units operation.
