电缆隧道渗漏的红外辐射特征模拟试验研究Simulation Study on Infrared Radiation Characteristics of Cable Tunnel Leakage

摘要(Abstract):
目前,针对电缆隧道渗漏的红外热成像检测方法的试验模型及数据研究较少。为此,总结了影响电缆隧道渗漏的红外特征因素(缺陷形式、缺陷尺寸、流量),并为此提出了一套正交模拟试验方案:采用定制的强度等级为C25的不同缺陷的水泥试块,模拟电缆隧道衬砌渗漏特征,研究分析了电缆隧道点状缺陷、线状缺陷以及空鼓状缺陷。试验结果表明该试验方法具有良好的可行性与科学性,为电缆隧道红外检测提供了试验参考依据。
So far there are few test model and data research on infrared thermal imaging detection method for cable tunnel leakage. Therefore, the infrared characteristics(defect form, size and flow) of the cable tunnel leakage are summarized, and a set of orthogonal simulation test scheme is proposed: defective cement test blocks with strength grade of C25 are used to simulate the characteristics of the cable tunnel leakage; spot defects, linear defects and hollow-like defects of cable tunnel are investigated and analyzed. The test result shows that the method is feasible and scientific, and can provide reference for infrared detection test of cable tunnel.
