摘要(Abstract):
考虑到某600 MW超临界机组受制造、安装工艺等条件影响,以制造厂提供的高压调门特性来指导机组运行,会对机组经济性有一定影响。从汽轮机组阀门特性分析出发,通过试验方法来确定阀门特性对机组的影响程度,寻求不同工况下机组较经济的阀门开启方式,实现机组节能降耗目的。
In view of the impact of manufacturing and installation technologies on a 600 MW supercritical unit,it will affect unit economy if the unit operation is based on the high pressure control valve characteristics provided by manufacturer.Through the analysis of the steam turbine unit valve characteristics,this paper determines the degree of valve characteristics influence on units by test method and explores economical ways of opening valves for units under different conditions in order to achieve energy saving and consumption reduction.
