95598全省集中话务割接的探讨

摘要(Abstract):

95598电力客服热线座席来话主要由三大电信运营商和电力系统内部行政电话组成。由于通信网不断建设和改进,各节点设备版本繁多,导致了全省集中话务割接过程中存在许多不确定因素,影响割接的顺利可靠完成。结合湖州电力局95598座席话务割接至省供电服务中心的过程,分析了割接方案、演练步骤及发现的问题,并提出了应对措施。
The agent call of 95598 customer service hotline is mainly comprised of the three major telecommunication operators and the internal administration telephone.There are uncertainties in the provincially centralized cutover due to ceaseless construction and improvement of communication networks and various versions of node devices.By introducing the process of cutover and connection of Huzhou Electric Power Bureau 95598 agent call to the Provincial Power Supply Service Center,the paper analyzes the cutover plan,drill steps and problems discovered and brings forward the countermeasures.
