干扰对傅氏算法的影响及其在保护应用中的几个问题

摘要(Abstract):

研究了干扰对傅氏算法的影响,认为只要一点干扰点包含在数据窗内,最终傅氏计算的幅值误差可能较大,且不随数据窗的移动而改变。该文得到以下几点结论:对于动作量是相量的启动元件,由于干扰点的影响,可能使保护误启动;对于瞬时值启动元件,由于干扰点影响了浮动门槛的值,有可能使保护推迟启动;对于差动保护,使用相量差动时有可能误动。
With the studying of influence of disturbance to Fourier Algorithm, this paper presents that the error of Fourier Algorithm's extent may large and not change with the movement of data's window as long as the disturbance point belongs to the data's window.Based on above study,this paper comes to the conclusions that with disturbance point's influence,to starting component which the operating value is a vector,the protection may false;to instantaneous value's starting component with threshold value's fluctuating,the protection's operation may delay;to differential protection,the protection may false.
