摘要(Abstract):
对神华浙江国华浙能发电有限公司(宁海电厂)2号机组低压缸第一级的损伤静叶片进行检查,并制订了相应的焊接修复工艺,在实际中得到成功应用。该修复方法的成功实行,积累了汽轮机叶片马氏体钢缺陷焊接修复的宝贵经验,为国内运行机组同类缺陷的焊补提供了借鉴。
In this paper,the damage of first-stage low pressure cylinder stationary blade of No.2 unit in Ninghai power plant has been statisticed and analysed. The welding repair technology has also been implemented,and put in practice successfully.The invaluable experience about rapairing martensite steel blade of steam turbine has been accumulated,and can help to treat with the similar damage of other unit.
