某联合循环机组甩负荷试验转速飞升过高原因分析
Cause Analysis on Sharp Rotation Speed Increase in Load Rejection Test of a Combined Cycle Unit

摘要(Abstract):

为研究燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组甩负荷过程,分析了某联合循环机组甩负荷过程中汽轮机高压调阀没有快关对此次甩负荷转速飞升的影响,并结合同类型机组甩负荷试验结果评估该机组甩100%额定负荷时的最高飞升转速,指出燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组甩负荷试验需要比汽轮发电机组甩负荷试验考虑更多因素。
Abstrat:In order to investigate load rejection process of gas-steam turbine combined cycle unit,the paper indicates that in load rejection high-pressure control valve can not close quickly and analyzes the effect on sharp rotation speed increase;furthermore,it estimates the maximum rotation speed with rated load rejection of 100%based on the same type of load rejection test,and demonstrates that more factors should be taken into consideration in load rejection test of gas-steam turbine combined cycle unit compared with that of steam turbine generating unit.
