汽轮机调节级动叶栅结构性故障分析与诊断Analysis and Diagnosis on Structural Fault of Steam Turbine Governing Stage Blade Cascade

摘要(Abstract):
准确预测汽轮机通流故障能大幅提高汽轮机运行的安全性。对某600 MW汽轮机调节级动叶栅结构性故障过程中的热力参数、轴系参数、调节级轴向推力进行了详细的分析和计算。在此基础上,提出了诊断调节级动叶结构性故障的方法以及应对措施,可减轻此类故障下汽轮机设备的损坏程度。
Operation safety of steam turbine can be improved significantly by accurate forecast of flow path fault. Thermal parameters, shafting parameters and governing stage axial thrust during structural fault of governing stage blade cascade is analyzed and calculated in the paper. On this base, a fault diagnosis method and countermeasures for the structural fault of governing stage blade are proposed to minimize damage of steam turbine in this fault.
