提高35kV架空配电线路防雷性能的分析研究Analysis and Research on Improving Lightning Protection Performance of 35 kV Overhead Distribution Lines

摘要(Abstract):
以北仑地区架空配电线路为研究对象,统计分析了该地区的雷电特性,结合实际线路参数,采用电磁暂态分析程序,主要从降低杆塔接地电阻和安装线路避雷器两方面对提高线路耐雷水平、降低雷击跳闸率进行了分析研究,结果证明:降低杆塔接地电阻和在合理的位置安装线路避雷器,能够有效改善线路防雷性能。
Taking overhead distribution lines in Beilun as research objects, State Grid Zhejiang(Provincial)Electric Power Company conducts statistical analysis on lightning characteristics in this area. Combining with actual line parameters and using electro-magnetic transient program(EMTP), this paper mainly analyzes and investigates on improving lightning withstand level and reducing lightning trip-out rate by reducing pole and tower grounding resistance and installing line arrester. The results show that lightning protection performance of lines can be improved effectively by reducing the pole and tower grounding resistance and installing lightning arresters in appropriate places.
