摘要(Abstract)：

目前绍兴市区部分配电房运行时间超过20年,电气设备陈旧、老化,经常出现故障,使供电可靠性指标不能得到保障,针对这些问题,需要对老旧配电房进行改造,对配电房高低压侧接线进行了优化,加装了负荷智能转供装置,提高了供电可靠性。
Some public distribution rooms in Shaoxing have been running more than 20 years, and faults frequently occur in the aged and obsolete electrical equipment, failing to meet the power supply reliability index. In the light of these problems, reform of the old power distribution rooms are needed, wirings at HV and LV sides are optimized and intelligent load provider is equipped, by which power supply reliability is enhanced.
