摘要(Abstract):

介绍了125MW机组转子寿命评估与预测在线监测系统的开发研制 ,通过现场试验、分析 ,认为用高压上缸内壁温度作为寿命计算是可行的。并对机组实际启动、停机及变负荷工况进行寿命损耗计算 ,是符合实际的 ,该装置对指导电厂合理运行、延长机组寿命及提高效益有重要意义。
Research and manufacture of the on line monitor system for a 125 MW turbine's rotor life evaluation are here introduced.According to the on site test and analysis,using the HP case up inlet wall temperature as life calculation is feasible.And the computation of the rotor life loss is carried out under the conditions of the unit's starting up,shutting down and variative load mode.The system is available for a power plant to operate the turbine rationally,lengthen the rotor's life and improve the benefits.
