多参量变电设备集成型带电检测系统设计与应用

摘要(Abstract):

变电设备的带电检测工作需要投入多种不同类型仪器设备和大量不同专业的技术人力,才能对多种变电设备开展现场试验。为提高带电检测工作的效率,针对容性变电设备的通用型多参量进行了集成,将电压、电流等多参量通用化处理,并配置了2种不同类型的电流传感装置,实现对不同信号的同步差异化处理和状态量采集;根据现场应用需求,将不同变电设备的状态量进行了检测模块化设计,同时考虑了不同模块组件间的兼容性和软件通信,研制出了变电设备多参量集成型带电检测装置,可实现对变压器铁心接地电流、避雷器阻性电流、容性设备介损及电容量的实时监测,满足现场的测试需求。
Live detection of power transformation equipment involves various instruments and specialized technical engineers for field test. Aiming to improve the efficiency of live detection, the multiple state parameters of the capacitive equipment in substation are integrated, and the voltage and current are generalized;besides, two different current sensors are equipped for synchronous differential processing of different signals and state quantity collection. As required by field application, state quantity of power transformation equipment is designed as detection module with the consideration of compatibility and communication between them. At last, an integrated live detection system for multi-parameter transformation equipment is developed to detect the transformer core grounding current, arrester resistive current, current transformer dielectric loss and capacitance, which meets the requirements of the field tests.
