220kV变电站闸刀相间操作连杆断裂原因分析

摘要(Abstract):

某变电站220kV正母闸刀A、B相间操作连杆多次发生断裂。通过对失效样的宏观检查及光谱、金相、断口形貌等试验分析,找出了连杆断裂原因,可为其它类似问题处理提供参考。
Based on the analysis of spectral,metallography,macro and microscopic observation of the fracture surface,the fracture cause of a broken handling connecting rod of switch A and B in 220 kV Substation was investigated.The result provides evidences for the solution of similar problems.
