摘要(Abstract):
国产300MW循环流化床锅炉在冷态启动阶段,因炉内外循环物料少、炉内燃烧工况不稳定,在炉膛内各部分温度偏差较大时大量投煤易发生炉膛爆燃。通过分析其原因及危害,从合理选用启动床料、正确控制启动过程中的相关参数和投煤时间等方面,提出了切实可行的控制措施,取得了较好的效果,可供同类型机组调试运行参考。
This paper analyzes the deflagration reason of Chinese 300 MW CFB boiler in cold start-up phase, because of less recyclable materials, boiler combustion instability condition and so on. The preventive measures are put forward from bed material selection, parameters control, coal-toss temperature and so on. The effect is good, and can be reference for the kind of other units.
