摘要(Abstract):
采用力学性能测试、高温持久试验、光学金相组织观察、扫描电子显微镜等方法,研究了T22+TP347H镍基过渡焊接接头不同热处理状态的组织与性能变化,得出了T22+TP347H焊接接头不论是否进行热处理,都可以达到DL/T868-2004工艺评定要求等几项结论。
The microstructure and mechanical properties change of T22+TP347H Nickel based transition weld joints were studied in this article through mechanical properties test,high temperature creep rupture test,optical microscope and SEM.Both non-destructive and mechanical properties test results met the DL/T 868-2004 criterion requirements no matter the PWHT was carried out on the weld joints.
