摘要(Abstract):

针对长兴供电局传统客户档案管理存在问题进行了分析,采用了以档案管理系统、统一档案管理标准和软/硬件配置为核心的档案管理新模式,在提高工作效率、减少用户投诉、防范电费风险、缩短业扩报装时限等方面取得了良好的效果。
The paper analyzes and investigates problems in traditional customer file management in Changxing Power Supply Bureau.The new file management model,with file management system,unified file management standards and software and hardware configuration its core,is adopted,which achieves good effect in improving work efficieney,reducing customer complaints,being on guard against risk of electric charge and shortening the time of business expansion report forms setting.
