摘要(Abstract)：

电动汽车以电代油,能够实现"零排放",是解决能源和环境问题的重要途径。然而,当前电动汽车产业发展仍受诸多技术因素影响,面临很多不确定性,如电池技术、充换电技术、服务定价机制、商业推广模式等,制约着整个电动汽车产业的发展。结合电动汽车产业发展现状,分析当前电动汽车产业发展遇到的问题,提出了电动汽车产业发展的新模式。
Electric vehicles,which are powered by electricity instead of oil,can achieve "zero emission" and is an important means to solve the energy and environmental issues.However,the current development of the domestic electric car industry is still affected by lots of technical factors and is faced with many uncertainties such as the battery technology,charging and battery replacement technologies,service pricing mechanism,business promotion mode etc.which become the constraints for the industrial development.Through the analysis on the existing problems in the industry based on its domestic development status,this paper presents the new business model in the development of electric vehicles industry.
