摘要(Abstract):
火电厂凝补水流量测量的准确性对于运行人员日常监视和火电厂经济性计算具有重要意义。为提高凝补水流量测量结果的准确性,某发电厂将1 000 MW机组凝汽器补水管道上原有的差压式流量计更换为超声波流量计,记录并分析了不同工况下的测量结果。同时重点研究并解决了测量过程中凝汽器高真空对于凝补水流量测量的干扰问题。结果表明,在测点选择合理的情况下,超声波流量计具有较高的准确度。
Measurement accuracy of condensate flow in the thermal power plant is of great significance to daily monitoring of the operator and the economy calculation. In order to improve the measurement accuracy of the condensate flow, the differential pressure flowmeter on condenser feedwater pipe of a 1 000 MW unit in a power plant is replaced with ultrasonic flowmeter to record and analyze the measurement results under different operating conditions. Meanwhile, interference of high condenser vacuum on condensate flow measurement is studied and eliminated. The results show that the ultrasonic flowmeter has higher accuracy if the measurement points are reasonable.
