数字式万用表全自动检定装置的研制和应用Development and Application of Full-automatic Verification Device of Digital Multimeter

摘要(Abstract):
针对传统万用表检定工作人工检定模式存在的工作效率低、测量数据易人为干预和安全隐患等状态,研究和设计了一种基于图像识别和档位智能切换技术的数字式万用表全自动检定装置,并在实际计量检定工作中进行应用,极大地提高了检定工作效率和计量工作的标准化、智能化程度。
Aiming at the fact that manual verification mode of traditional multimeter verification work is characterized by its low efficiency, human intervention of measured value and potential safety hazard, this papers investigates and designs a full-automatic verification device for the digital multimeter based on image recognition and intelligent gear switching technologies. The device is applied in metering verification, which greatly improves efficiency of verification as well as metering standardization and intelligence.
