摘要(Abstract)：
大型发电机组DCS系统的主控制卡件控制功能集中,涉及的设备广,一旦出现异常,对机组安全影响较大。探索DCS系统的主控制卡件应急处理的标准化流程,对典型异常处理操作卡的背景进行剖析,阐明DCS系统主控制卡件在线异常处理标准化的内涵和实现方法。
The main control module of DCS system in large thermal unit is the concentration of control functions, once abnormal,will impact the unit safety.The paper discourses the standardization process of main control module to treat with emergency,analyzes the background of control module for representative fault treatment,and introduces the meaning and realization of the on-line standardization.
