摘要(Abstract):
针对发电机轴瓦振动异常的问题,进行了变润滑油温度、变发电机密封油温度、变有功等试验,分析振动异常原因。运行期间通过紧固地脚螺栓、调整氢温等措施使振动逐渐减小,利用机组检修机会对发电机地脚载荷进行调整,彻底解决了发电机轴瓦振动问题。
Aiming at abnormal bearing pad vibration, tests of variable oil temperature, variable generator sealing oil temperature, active vibration test and so forth are conducted to analyze causes for abnormal vibration. By fixing foundation bolt, adjusting hydrogen temperature during the operation to gradually reduce the vibration and redistributing foundation load of the generator during units maintenance, vibration of bearing pad of the generator is successfully handled.
