摘要(Abstract)：

随着温州地区调度数据网双平面、双接入网建设工作的完成,变电站调度数据业务进行双接入网割接的工作势在必行。由于调度数据业务的实时性要求高,割接工作必须在保证调度数据业务不中断的条件下完成。结合温州地区调度数据网双接入网业务割接改造工作的特点,介绍了温州地区调度数据网双接入网业务割接改造工程总体方案,分析了改造过程中的危险点和注意事项,可为全省各地区变电站调度数据网双接入网业务割接改造工作提供借鉴。
With the completion of bi-planar and double access network of dispatching data network in Wenzhou, it is imperative to implement migration of double access network. Due to strict requirement on real time of dispatching data service, network migration must be conducted without interruption of dispatching data service. In accordance with characteristics of migration of double access network in dispatching data network in Wenzhou, the paper introduces an overall plan and analyzes danger points and precautions in the alternation work, providing reference for migration of double access network in substation dispatching data networks in Zhejiang province.
