TOP7协调优化控制平台在超(超超)临界火电机组上的应用Application of TOP7 Optimal Coordinated Control Platform in Ultra Supercritical Thermal Power Units

摘要(Abstract):
目前,超(超超)临界火电机组协调控制系统存在压力控制不稳、AGC响应品质不理想、现场逻辑优化需在线下装等问题,影响机组的安全稳定运行。针对上述问题,在TOP7协调优化平台中嵌入了先进的协调优化控制算法,设计了与DCS系统的无扰接口,实现了机组AGC动态和稳态品质优化,实际应用证明了该优化控制平台的有效性。
At present,there are instable pressure control,unfavorable AGC response quality and on-line installation of onsite logic optimization in coordinated control system of ultra supercritical thermal power units,which has impact on safe and stable operation of units.Aiming at the problem above,the advanced optimal coordinated control algorithm is embedded in TOP7 optimal coordinated control platform;non-disturbance interface with DCS is designed and dynamic state and stable state quality optimization of AGC are achieved.The practical application demonstrates the effectiveness of the optimal coordinated control platform.
