摘要(Abstract):
智能吹灰优化控制系统以锅炉受热面的分布式积灰监测为手段,以在线掌控锅炉受热面的积灰分布状况为前提,实现锅炉吹灰系统的自适应节能优化控制,降低锅炉受热面的吹损,优化锅炉汽温控制,有效提升电厂锅炉的节能管控水平和安全水平,达到降低发电机组整体发供电煤耗的目的。
The intelligent soot-blowing optimization and control system takes the monitoring of distributed soot deposition on boiler surface as a means and online control over soot distribution on boiler surface as premise to achieve self-adapting energy-saving optimization and control of soot-blowing system, reduce blowing loss on boiler surface and optimize steam temperature control of the boiler; effectively improve energy saving control and safety of boilers in power plant to reduce overall coal consumption for power generation of generating units.
