某110kV金属氧化物避雷器缺陷的检测与分析Defects Detection and Analysis of a 110 kV MOA

摘要(Abstract):
为分析某金属氧化物避雷器泄漏电流增大及局部发热的原因,结合避雷器带电检测数据、停电试验数据、历史数据及相关规程进行避雷器运行状态诊断,确定该避雷器处于严重缺陷状态。通过解体检查、试验,发现该避雷器绝缘强度分布不均匀,底部金属氧化物电阻片老化,绝缘电阻下降。
For analyzing reasons of leakage current increase and local heating of the metal oxide arrester(MOA), this paper diagnoses the operating state of MOA by combining live testing record, power-off test data, historical data and relevant regulations and determines that the MOA is in a state of serious defect. The uneven distribution of insulating strength, resistors aging of metal oxide at the bottom of the MOA and the decrease of insulation resistance are found through disintegrating inspection and test.
