加速功率型PSS转速测量诱发机组功率振荡分析Analysis on Power Oscillation of Units Caused by Speed Measurement of PSS Based on PSS2A

摘要(Abstract):
阐述了因加速功率型PSS转速测量产生低频干扰而引起机组功率振荡的原理,并依据产生机理提出了2种抑制措施。以某660 MW机组的功率振荡事件为研究对象,通过判断励磁电压与有功功率相位关系、调整PSS定值、对比不同机组的PSS中间变量等方法确定了功率振荡的原因。最后,将所提出的2种抑制措施应用于该机组,分析比较了2种抑制措施的优缺点及适用范围。分析表明,消除转速测量模块缺陷是解决功率振荡问题的根本方法。
The paper expounds the principle of power oscillation of units caused by low-frequency interference from speed measurement of PSS based on PSS2 A. According to its generation mechanism, the paper also proposes two suppression methods. Taking power oscillation of a 660 MW unit as research object, the paper determines the cause of power oscillation by analyzing the phase relationship between excitation voltage and active power, adjusting the values of PSS and comparing PSS intermediate variables of different units. At last,the paper analyzes and compares the advantages, disadvantages and the applicable scope of the two suppression method by applying them to the unit. The analysis shows that the power oscillation can be fundamentally eliminated by erasing defects of rotation speed measurement module.
