小电流接地系统单相接地故障选线方法研究

摘要(Abstract):

对于小电流接地系统单相接地故障,现有选线装置在实际应用中效果并不理想,建议利用10k V变电站现有保护装置中的零序过流保护解决此问题。通过在10 k V中性点消弧线圈的基础上并联中电阻柜、对传统选线逻辑加以修改、对整定值进行修正,从而实现单相接地故障时,通过线路零序过流保护发信的先后顺序可靠选线,并给出验证实例。
The application of existing line selection device is not ideal for single phase-to-ground fault in small current grounding system. Therefore, the paper suggests using zero-sequence overcurrent protection in protective device of 10 k V substations to solve the problem. By parallel connection of neutral resistance cabinet with10 k V neutral arc suppression coil, correction of traditional line selection logic and settings modification, the fault line can be selected correctly in accordance to the messaging order of zero-sequence overcurrent protection of lines; in addition, the paper presents some verification cases.
