锅炉蒸汽侧超温爆管原因分析与防治措施综述

摘要(Abstract):

锅炉受热面超温爆管已经成为影响锅炉安全的重要因素。系统研究了目前常见的锅炉高温受热面蒸汽侧超温爆管事故的原因,并对于防止爆管提出了相应的防范措施,主要结论如下:锅炉高温受热面蒸汽侧超温爆管主要原因为锅炉高温受热面结构设计不合理,调温装置系统设计不合理,异物堵塞,运行状况不佳,加工制造工艺缺陷等。预防措施有:合理设计高温受热面结构,合理设计调温装置系统,防止异物堵塞,优化锅炉运行,保证加工制造工艺的质量和对管内蒸汽温度进行在线监测。此处系统的研究为我国大型电站锅炉安全稳定运行提供了重要的借鉴经验。
Overheat tube burst at boiler high-temperature surface influences boiler safety. The paper investigates causes of overheat tube burst at boiler steam side of high-temperature surface and proposes some preventive measures. The conclusion is as below: the tube burst results from unreasonable surface structure design and temperature regulation system, foreign body block, poor operation condition and manufacturing defects. The tube burst can be handled by reasonable high-temperature surface structure design and temperature regulating system, block prevention, boiler operation optimization, manufacturing process quality guarantee and online steam temperature monitoring. The research provides reference for boiler operation safety and stability of domestic power plants.
