1000 MW机组凝结水泵变频解耦控制在节能改造中的应用

摘要(Abstract):

针对凝结水泵进行变频控制技术研究和优化是目前大型火电机组节能改造的重点研究方向。以某发电厂1000 MW机组为例,分析除氧器水位调节阀和凝结水泵变频器调节的性能特点,提出一种新的凝结水泵变频解耦控制策略。该策略利用前馈补偿法对凝结水泵变频控制逻辑进行解耦控制优化,消除控制回路之间的相互耦合,实现除氧器水位和凝结水母管压力的全程协同控制并保持稳定,增强凝结水系统自动控制的抗干扰和抗扰动能力,降低系统节流损失和厂用电率,具有较好的节能效果。
The research and optimization of frequency conversion control technology for condensate pump has become the key research object of energy-saving transformation of large thermal power units. According to the performance characteristics of deaerator water level regulating valve and condensate pump frequency conversion regulator, a new condensate pump frequency conversion decoupling control strategy is proposed, which uses feedforward compensation method to optimize the decoupling control of condensate pump frequency conversion control logic to eliminate the mutual coupling between control circuits, realize the whole-process coordinated control of deaerator water level and condensate pipe pressure and maintain the stability. Therefore,the anti-disturbance and mutual interference ability of the automatic control of the condensate system is enhanced, and at the same time, the throttling loss and auxiliary power consumption rate of the system are reduced, and a good energy-saving effect is achieved.
