氟塑料换热器应用于超低排放燃煤机组的可行性研究

摘要(Abstract):

超低排放机组的水媒管式烟气换热器长期在酸露点温度以下服役,面临冷凝酸液腐蚀、积垢等问题,选择合适的材料才能保证设备的安全稳定运行。相比于传统的金属材料,聚四氟乙烯、可熔性聚四氟乙烯以及氟化乙烯丙烯共聚物等氟塑料在耐腐蚀、抗积灰方面具有显著的优势。从材料特性、换热器设计、经济性等方面,对氟塑料换热器在超低排放燃煤机组中的应用可行性进行了研究。
Water medium heat pipe gas-gas heater(WGGH) of coal-fired power generating units with ultra-low emission is long in service under acid dew point temperature and faces condensed acid liquor corrosion, scaling, etc. To ensure operation safety and stability of generating units, proper materials must be chosen. Compared with traditional metallic materials, fluoroplastics such as PTFE, PFA and FEP are advantageous in corrosion resistance and dust mitigation. Application feasibility of fluoroplastic heat exchanger in coal-fired power generating units with ultra-low emission in terms of material property, heat exchanger design, economical efficiency, etc.
