220 kV GIS母线快速接地开关异响诊断
Analysis of Abnormal Noise of Fast Earthing Switch of 220 kV GIS Busbar

摘要(Abstract):

针对某变电站220 kV GIS(气体绝缘全封闭组合电器)母线快速接地开关异响问题,采用特高频局部放电检测、超声波检测、便携式SF6色谱全组分分析、 GIS超声重症监护、声学成像等5种检测与定位方法进行现场诊断。测试结果表明,异响信号非内部放电引起,且异响信号源成功定位为快速接地开关手动操作闭锁滑块与挂锁装置接触位置,并通过打开快速接地开关机构保护壳验证了定位准确性。同时研究了超声信号、运行负荷随时间的变化规律,结果表明快速接地开关A的超声信号与运行电流存在一定的正相关性。
Detection and positioning methods including UHF partial discharge detection, ultrasonic testing,portable SF6 component analysis, GIS intensive care system based on ultrasonic method and acoustic imaging were used to diagnose abnormal noise of fast earthing switch of 220 kV GIS(gas-insulated switchgear) busbar in a substation. The results showed that the abnormal noise signal was not caused by internal discharge, and the abnormal noise signal was located at the contact position of the manually operated locking slider and the padlock device, and correctness was verified by opening the protective shell of the fast earthing switch mechanism. At the same time, the time-based change regularity of ultrasonic signals and running load was studied. The results showed that the ultrasonic signal of the fast earthing switch A and the running current were positively correlated.
