摘要(Abstract):

随着分布式能源站的发展,过程控制系统正发挥着越来越大的作用。从分层控制网络、逻辑组态和监控平台3个方面,介绍了西门子SIMATIC PCS7在某分布式能源站中的应用,提供了全集成化过程控制系统在分布式能源行业控制领域的应用实例。能源站联机调试结果表明,基于PCS7构建的过程控制系统稳定可靠,控制效果良好,满足分布式能源站的工艺要求。
With the development of distributed energy stations, process control systems are playing an increasingly important role. From aspects of network architecture, logic configuration and monitoring platform,this paper introduces the application of Siemens SIMATIC PCS7 in a distributed energy station, which provides a practical example of the application of totally integrated process control system in the field of distributed energy industry control. The on-line commissioning of energy station shows that the process control system based on PCS7 is stable and reliable, and has good control effect and meets the technological requirements of distributed energy station.
