摘要(Abstract):
半山发电厂7号单轴燃气—蒸汽联合循环机组在基建调试阶段出现了异常振动情况,通过试验分析,原因主要是低压转子碰摩、高中压转子不平衡及热瞬变等诱发轴系振动加大。详细介绍了7号燃气机组的振动特征、诊断方法和处理措施,为同类机组的故障分析提供参考。
Abnormal vibration happened in 7# single-shaft gas-stream combined cycle generating units in Banshan Power Plant during capital construction and commissioning. It is analyzed through test that large shafting vibration was mainly caused by rubbing of low-pressure rotors, unbalance of high-and-medium pressure rotors and thermal transient. This paper offers references for fault analysis of similar units by describing vibration features, diagnostic method and treatment measures.
